Sustainability issues polarise opinion – especially in the media. Between disinformation, fatigue and social scepticism, the pressure for constructive, credible reporting is growing. In this situation, how can media professionals communicate what matters without moralising or losing sight of the complexity?
In a practice-oriented workshop for professionals from journalism, public relations, content creation and science communication, we develop solutions for successful sustainability discourse in an increasingly difficult environment.
What you can expect:
- A space for open discussions on equal terms
- An input by Carel Mohn (Klimafakten) on communicating in the face of headwinds
- Creative work with target group personas according to Dennis Eversberg, which promote a change of perspective, reveal typical blockages and establish jointly developed communication approaches
- The climate scale as a tool for low-threshold climate communication
- Exchange and networking with colleagues from different fields and media
The workshop will be held in German.
