How do employees and managers learn when work is constantly changing? When artificial intelligence takes over processes, roles shift, and new skills are in demand?
As an interactive festival hosted by Zukunftszentrum Berlin, this event offers space for exchange, experimentation, and co-creation. Across thematic tracks on AI, transformation, organisational development, and skills, participants develop knowledge together for transfer into everyday workplace practice, with the aim of making learning effective and shaping the future actively. The hands-on track offers the opportunity to develop solutions collaboratively.
The Transfer Festival 2026 sees itself as a shared space for co-creation. It brings together multipliers, education providers, HR professionals, and practitioners to share knowledge, connect perspectives, and develop solutions for workplace training and development.
Programme
From 2:00 p.m., the festival opens with a welcome and an introduction to the programme and tracks. You then explore the five tracks and put together your own programme of talks, workshops, and discussion formats according to your interests. From 5:30 p.m., the day winds down at the wrap-up over mocktails, ending at 7:00 p.m.
The programme, particularly the individual sessions within the tracks, is continuously updated.
This event is aimed at education and training providers, multipliers, AI experts, coaches, and business consultants. People with a focus on workplace learning and continuing education, as well as HR professionals from companies in Berlin, are of course also very welcome.
