#VertrauenMachtWirkung: Grants Managing Lab

There is no formal training for grants managers. Through its Grants Managing Lab series, the initiative #VertrauenMachtWirkung is bringing together a growing community of grants managers from German speaking countries. The Lab provides a space for peer exchange, collaborative learning and fresh ideas for practical application.

To kick off the Grants Managing Lab, Eva Schneider will present key findings from the Funding Monitor. The focus is here on the perspective of funding partners: How do they experience funding relationships? And what do they need to be able to work effectively?

In a subsequent discussion, Rahel Stauffiger, Lizzy Wazinski and Tina Lagemann will explore what characterises successful funding relationships, which practical challenges come up, and what grants managers can do to drive change. The discussions will be further explored in workshop sessions.
