Call for Applications: Nina Grunenberg Fellowship Research Grant
For graduates of the Nina Grunenberg Fellowship for Education Journalism, Publix will once again award two to four research fellowships in 2026, ranging from €1,500 to €5,000, in cooperation with »Netzwerk Recherche«.
For graduates of the Nina Grunenberg Fellowship for Education Journalism, Publix will award two to four research fellowships in 2026, ranging from €1,500 to €5,000. In cooperation with Netzwerk Recherche, the fellows will also have the opportunity to receive individual mentoring during their research. Mentors will be selected and assigned by Netzwerk Recherche based on the needs of the fellows.
The research fellowships provide participants the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills gained during the fellowship and to dedicate themselves intensively to research on education topics.
Both preliminary or concluding research (start-up or completion funding) and full research projects or journalistic contributions (full funding) are eligible.
Application materials to be submitted:
- Research outline (max. 1,500 characters)
- Timeline and budget plan
Applications are only open to graduates of the Nina Grunenberg Fellowship. The selection of fellows will be made based on the submitted application materials, and the decision is final.
